Mikel Lenox of Dry Fly Distilling
A gin forward drink with a unique twist. This cocktail will leaving you asking for more. With a wonderful blend of flavors, the Honey Boo Boo is well balanced and refreshing.
1/2 oz. Lemon-Lavender Simple Syrup
1-1/2 oz. Dry Fly Distilling's Barrel Aged Gin
1/2 oz. honey water (1:1 ratio of honey to water)
1/2 oz. fresh lime juice
In shaker, muddle blackberries.
Add ice to shaker, then combine all ingredient.
Shake until chilled.
Dump contents of shaker into glass.
Garnish with a lime wedge and blackberries.
